"Room always felt a little stuffy, not matter how low we turned down the a/c. Hallways felt humid and kind of smelled like a locker room. However, the room itself was very spacious and clean. I really loved the light-up mirror in the bathroom. It had great lighting and plenty of counter space for getting ready. "

I was just disappointed because when I booked through Expedia, I thought the hotel had breakfast included and when we arrived, we realized that breakfast is à la cart and a coffee is almost 5 dollars and the other breakfast items are expensive as well. "

"3 to 9 of our family stayed here from California for a week for a wedding, and the house was perfect. Was comfortable for all of us for breakfasts and dinners, has all the utensils and kitchen things that we needed for everything. Had such a great time in the pool, had enough towels. and watching movies in the living room. Would definitely recommend to come here. Great neighborhood and location. Neighbor was very kind and helpful."

"From the time we booked this home, the host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all our questions. The home is beautifully maintained, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced back yard was lovely and our dogs had a terrific time exploring. The home is located close to shopping, restaurants and parks and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more."

"This house was a hit! We adored the swimming pool and beautiful Florida room! The charcoal grill made for some awesome meals and we had fun exploring Melbourne out at the beaches, the Andretti Thrill Park, dinner at The Mansion, and just taking in the local community of theatres, downtown, and more! Maria was an excellent host and even shared a good spot to see a rocket launch coming from Cape Canaveral! This home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We give it 5 stars!"

"Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."
