Inside, The Perch combines comfort and convenience and is
ideal for families and friends. Stay connected with fast WiFi, and take advantage of the dedicated workstation. Extra table in the living room for card games or dining.
4 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1-King-sized bed with bathroom suite that includes walk-in shower and large closet
Bedroom 2-King-sized bed with smart tv
Bedroom 3-Queen-sized bed with lake views
Bedroom 4- Full-sized bed with lake views
*Portable crib, queen air mattress available by request

2 Bathrooms:
Hall bath with tub and shower
Primary bedroom bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub).

Galley Kitchen: Stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. There is also a coffee bar (Keurig and drip coffee maker) and supplies to get you started!

Laundry/mud room:
Access to Front loading washer and dryer with starter laundry detergent
Iron and ironing board
Bag chairs for outdoor use

The patio beneath the deck features a propane grill available for use and table with chairs that are perfect for outdoor meals or simply relaxing with loved ones.

For outdoor enthusiasts, The Perch is perfectly located near the boat launch and dam, making it a prime spot for boating and exploring nature.

All guests need to be able to navigate stairs to enter and exit the property safely.

This is an elevated property located directly on Cheniere Lake. For the safety of all guests, please supervise children and guests that require additional supervision when outside. We are not responsible for falls from the deck, stairs or falls into the lake.
