Historic 1925 Savannah vacation rental apartment offers 320 sq. ft. of living space. Situated on the second floor with an outdoor staircase to 35″ clear entry. Original oak hardwood floors, a southern exposure, and comfortable sitting room. Enjoy WIFI 6, HVAC, 49″ 4K TV, king bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, bath with shower/tub combo, Gilchrist & Soames products,1875 hairdryer, laptop safe, and outdoor gazebo in the courtyard. On-street parking available in front. LED lighting. Private gas grill and tank $35.00. Rate based on one (1) guest, additional guest add $25, plus tax. Just a 10-minute walk from the Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Grandview Public Market, South Dixie Corridor, and Rosemary Square.

Pool:
The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

Casa Grandview Laundry:

Located on the first floor by the Nola and Savannah Apartments just right of the pool area.
It’s available to one guest at a time and open hours are:
Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30-1:00 p.m.
You can text for a requested time, and we will code the lock on the door.
Must allow at least 2 hours prior.
When you're through can text and we will remove the code.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).
Discounted promotional rates are offered for two guests only–additional guests fee of $25 per person if room capacity allows.

Amazing! Exactly as listed with some special touch amenities.. snacks.. soda and bottled water in fridge and coffee ready for brewing! The pool was warm with plenty of lounge chairs and very private. Tanya is the best contact and was very responsive. We will be back!

We were in town for a Music Festival and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. The unit was just as advertised, super clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and the neighborhood is in a great location. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Great hideaway. Great location
I booked the Savannah unit as an alternative to a busy hotel, and it was perfect. Very clean and bright, with a kitchen stocked with good quality basics. It’s on the 2nd floor of a small building, accessible from a flight of stairs & a small porch. The location is great, in a little oasis of units around a small pool, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but right around the corner form the Norton Museum & a quick drive to all necessities. I highly recommend it.
