Affectionately named NOLA, for one of our all-time favorite spots in the South – New Orleans, LA. Perfect for the solo traveler, this second-floor apartment suite boasts 320 sq. ft. of living space, outside staircase access, 35″ clear entry, king bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with tub/shower combo, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, 49″ 4K TV, WIFI 6, oak hardwood and tile floors, overlooks the courtyard and pool and a closet. On-street parking available in front. Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Rosemary Square, and Grandview Public Market an easy 10-minute walk!
Pool:
The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.
Casa Grandview Laundry:
Located on the first floor by the Nola and Savannah Apartments just right of the pool area.
It’s available to one guest at a time and open hours are:
Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30-1:00 p.m.
You can text for a requested time, and we will code the lock on the door.
Must allow at least 2 hours prior.
When you're through can text and we will remove the code.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.
Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.
Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).
