Affectionately named NOLA, for one of our all-time favorite spots in the South – New Orleans, LA. Perfect for the solo traveler, this second-floor apartment suite boasts 320 sq. ft. of living space, outside staircase access, 35″ clear entry, king bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with tub/shower combo, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, 49″ 4K TV, WIFI 6, oak hardwood and tile floors, overlooks the courtyard and pool and a closet. On-street parking available in front. Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Rosemary Square, and Grandview Public Market an easy 10-minute walk!

Pool:
The heated pool is a shared saline pool with 5 other listings. It is very quiet with spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has there private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

Casa Grandview Laundry:

Located on the first floor by the Nola and Savannah Apartments just right of the pool area.
It’s available to one guest at a time and open hours are:
Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30-1:00 p.m.
You can text for a requested time, and we will code the lock on the door.
Must allow at least 2 hours prior.
When you're through can text and we will remove the code.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found in the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated and the guests will be immediately removed from the property. No refunds will be provided.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about an 8-minute drive. The airport is very close, which is a 12-minute drive.

Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).

Well kept, small place for short stay
In a building behind main house with a number of units. Voices carry through walls, but neighbors weren't all that loud. Weird instructions: leave dishes in dishwasher, but no dishwasher; to find unit, go through two gates, but that puts you in the alley. No instructions for TV, so couldn't find anything other than access for casting from phone or laptop. No washing machine/dryer, but none promised. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Historic district with many pseudo-Mediterranean houses from the 20s. Convenient to coffee shop, Norton Museum, and so on. On-street parking is easy and fine. We didn't use pool, but looked nice. Overall, good for short stay.

Great location for convention center
Hotels were full, so I had to book VRBO and was pleasantly surprised at how short of a walk it was to the convention center for my work event. Privacy was great and it was a nice quite area.

Peaceful and Cozy
The apartment Nola had the perfect layout. It had just the right amount of space for my husband and I. It was clean, well-stocked, and very peaceful. The pool was incredible to have and very well-kept. We met the owner on a walk and he was extremely kind as were the property managers I spoke with several times. They were prompt in their response and we would recommend them to anymore. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location - modern, clean and well equipped! We enjoyed our staycation so much. Easy access to Flagler Blvd..We enjoyed the large walking path with views of PB Island & the marina filled with mega yachts all around. Breakfast on Clematis Street, followed by an Arts festival. So much to see and do. All within walking distance. Loved your place. thank you! The historic district is so cool!

Nice private pool surrounded by palm trees
The grounds were remarkable and tropical. Very pleasant surroundings. The beach was the ‘intercoastal’ so truly not a beach with waves. Walking is great in this historical neighborhood. Not a great area for biking to the beach due to traffic and congestion. Studio apartment air conditioning units are extremely loud but with all the sun, we slept through most nights. All in all, I recommend this small complex for a stay. Great food available. I suggest Joseph’s Classic Market for shopping. Gourmet precooked options. Deli and bakery are phenomenal.

2 week work stay
This place was exactly what I needed for a two week stay for work. Check in and out process was seamless. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. The place was clean, quiet, and came stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. Only complaint was the comfort of the pillows, but I packed my own. Will be looking to book again, should I be back in the area.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, lovely pool setting
I stayed here for two weeks while working in town. My wife came and visited for a weekend and she just loved it as well. The location is great! It is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. A five minute bike ride to all the restaurants and entertainment you could ask for. The place was very clean, very quiet, and the pool was just wonderful! The property manager was responsive and professional. I can't say anything negative about my experience. I look forward to staying here again when I return.
