Great stay
Came down for an anniversary celebration for parents/grandparents. House was spotless, everything worked great and was recently updated. Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Plenty of bedrooms for two couples and three adult children. Would use house and host again.

Wonderful home and experience
Our family of 12 stayed for a wedding. We had the best time and the house was a big part of our wonderful vacation. The backyard is epic with a pool, jacuzzi, fuzzball, bar and grill. There is also a seating area in the shade. There is also lounge chairs, other seating areas, a putting green and TV. We grilled and used the outside most of the time. Several of the rooms had bathrooms which was great. Washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen was perfect for making big meals. The refrigerator was huge and awesome. It has an iPad in it, like a juke box! This home was very clean and so close to all sorts of restaurants, so close to downtown West Palm Beach and more. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful WPB Property and loaction
This property was perfect for our family reunion visit long weekend in West Palm Beach. Easy access to 95 to meet up with the rest of the family, and return to this very relaxing pool property which all the grandkids loved. Would definitely use again in the future.

There was no electricity at this property due to the storms, so the account manager switched us to an upgraded property that was wonderful. We looked at this property and it was nothing like what I was expecting, so we were very grateful there was no electricity!

Nice property-poor host communication
The property was nice and as advertised, EXCEPT the hot tub. We had a rainy and cold holiday where we hoped to make the most of the hot tub as the pool would be too cold. The first day the hot tub worked, the 2nd day it got hot, but no jets, all days after that, not heat and no jets. I communicated multiple times with Blake who was at first responsive, then no communication for 2 days once hot tub was not functioning properly. Not sure if he just didn't want to pay to heat it due to the unusual cold weather or what. But the pool and hot tub were our main reasons for renting this property.. House has very few pots & pans, no serving or baking items, except 1 sheet pan. Advertises for up to 13 people, but only had dinner plates for and everyone else had to eat Christmas dinner off salad plates. Advertised a coffee maker, so we brought filers and coffee only to find a Kuerig. Comfortable seating for more than 5 is not available without moving the futon from a bed room. Dining table seats 6 - need additional chairs available. Location was great, easy to get around town and to/from the airport. Enjoyed the house and our holiday, but a few disappointing things, especially lack of communication by host, I wouldl recommend, but with some reservation..

Fun Family Retreat
We enjoyed a fun filled week at The Australian Court. The house is convenient to the beaches, shopping and the airport. We also spent happy time in the pool, playing mini golf and enjoying the birds and iguanas.

Lovely place, good communication
This place has a great open plan area and outdoor space! The pool area is amazing, great sound system, jacuzzi etc. Beds were comfortable and Blake the host was on top of any requests. There is definitely not enough lounging space for the amount of people this house can sleep. One rather uncomfortable sofa, awkwardly placed wasn't sufficient. To improve this property I would get some big rugs and big comfortable sofas with side tables!! The bedrooms could also do with a little love...

We enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay and the place was very clean upon arrival. We spent almost all of our time out at the pool, which was lovely! The home is a ranch, which was great for my parents as there were no stairs. Plenty of bathrooms too! Did not receive check in instructions until 3:00pm day of check in. Communication with host is not great, luckily we didn’t need anything… besides the code to get in! Other cons: bedroom with 2 beds smells badly of sewage, 2/4 bathrooms have only 1 glass door on the shower (likely a previous guest broke them but they weren’t replaced), kitchen is lacking some basic necessities (large spaghetti pot, salt/pepper/garlic powder/cooking oil or spray), there are no plastic cups to take out to the pool with you, shiny white floor is very slippery when wet, and lastly, considering this property sleeps 13 there is only a small love seat and 2 chairs inside to sit on. We got a lot of rain, and several members of our family had to sit at the dining table, it was uncomfortable. Also, there were not any check out instructions. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay there are just some things that could be improved. The pool was wonderful & the refrigerator is very cool!

Amazing Place to Stay in West Palm Beach 🌴
This property is everything it is listed to be and more. The Host, Blake, was efficient in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was easy and he was also available throught the stay to answer any questions we had. We loved the spacious layout and open floor plan of the home. The pool, jacuzzi and putting green in the back yard were all added bonuses. If you're looking for a house with space for a big family, lots of amenities and a central location to everything.... look no further! We enjoyed our stay so much we intend to come back every year!

Beautiful Property
This is a beauriful house with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything u need for cooking. The outdoor space is amazing. There are lots of spaces to enjoy your meals and relax. Blake was very responsive to our calls. The jacuzzi control is on the left hand side of the house by the AC. Just walk past the pool and open tbe screen by the pool. Turn left. You will find it. I definitely would recimmend this place.

Absolutely beautiful!!
We LOVED this house for a bachelorette trip. There was more than enough room, the amenities were nice, and the pool was a blast! Everything was incredibly clean and just as it was listed. You’re a short drive to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We loved loved loved this house!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and lanai is very well-appointed. The kitchen is not well-equipped if you plan to cook much, so consider grabbing a few disposable aluminum trays for baking, etc. easy to find, and not far from grocery stores. Would stay here again.

Nice Property, bad communication
Overall this property is nice and looks just like it does in the pictures. We enjoyed the pool mostly and it was an uber ride away from everything. We didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the thermostats without texting the property manager and had to wait until 2 hours before check in to get any information about rules and property access. The communication with the property manager was not good. I didn't hear anything from him until the day before check in and reached out with questions multiple times. The questions were never answered.

Beautiful clean home
The house is amazing & looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean & ready for use. Checking in & out was an easy process. We really enjoyed the home, there was a welcome card, a personalized welcome note programmed on the fridge & bottle of wine left by the host which I appreciated a lot, as it was also my birthday. The only negatives were there was a sewage smell coming from the back bathroom off the kitchen/patio area, the outside garbage can had garbage left in it & as others said you have to text the host to have the jacuzzi turned on. Besides all that, my group did all agree we would definitely stay here again.

Nice house but I wouldn’t recommend
The house was nice, good location, pool and hot tub were great. But owner is not good about responding to messages. The fact that only he can control the thermostat and the hot tub made this problematic. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub fully as a result. He gave me his assistants number who was equally as difficult to reach and did not follow our requested times to turn on the hot tub. Also, the kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking. No chefs knives , mixing bowls, grater, measuring spoons/cups, or colander, and no coffee maker or kettle. Only has a keurig.

Girls Trip
The house exceeded my expectation. Normally when going on a trip I pack everything from beach towels, coffee machine to liquid soap. This house had everything as if I was staying at my own house. The owner had fresh flowers in the living room and kitchen. He left a personal note to greet us with a bottle of wine which was classic. I have plans to come back in a couple of weeks and I can't wait! Thank you for a awesome home and stay!

Will never stayed there again
First he took so long to send the check in instructions I had to contact Vrbo to get those instructions. Then when we got to the house the house was really clean but there was a intolerable smell of sewerage. I contacted him and no he sent in someone with candles to resolve the issue. The issue was never resolved. Then there was cameras in every corner of the house even in the pool area. I felt like my privacy was violated. We contacted him for refund so we can leave due to the smell and after bringing candles his phone was turned off. There was no comunicación with him until the day we were Leaving he check to see if we need anything. That was the worse vacation my family ever had. After spending nearly 4500.00 I think we deserve much more. I am so disappointed that Vrbo does not take any responsibility for any of these. I would recommend that if the Landlord has cameras all over the house that should have be stated in advance before we book!! Thanks Vrbo for not helping me.
