"We really enjoyed the ability to take our senior dog out with ease and we used many of the amenities available to us. Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. Communication was great with the owners. "

"We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis."

"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8). "The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There were some things that could make a stay so much better. The bedrooms need at least one chair. Although there were books in a drawer with directions for the high end appliances, each one should have a quick explanation on usage next to it. The information said the table seated 8 and yet there were only six chairs! A putting green was described and even showed a picture of one in the original...
