Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom garden suite, perfect for a relaxing escape!
Spanning 1,750 sq ft across two levels, this spacious suite features a private entrance, dedicated workspace, and fast internet.

The suite includes:
*Private patio with BBQ
*Home cinema and washer/dryer
*Queen, full, and twin beds (sleeps up to 6)
*Street parking for 2-3 cars
*Shared backyard and seasonal heated pool (Mid May through end of September)
*Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you're minutes from nature parks and:
*20 mins to downtown Vancouver
*10 mins to Ambleside Beach, Cypress Mountain
*5 mins to Horseshoe Bay ferry
*1.4 hrs to Whistler

Enjoy exclusive access to the guest suite, with sauna and cold plunges available from October.

Please note the hot tub and dishwasher are unavailable.

We welcome midterm rentals from October to April. Book now for privacy, comfort, and nature at its finest!

Please note, parties not allowed. Only registered guests can stay in the guest suite with no exceptions. Daily/nightly visitors is not permitted. Only registered guests will be able to use amenities both private and shared.

I would gladly recommend this property to anyone. This guest house was beautiful inside and out. The pool table and theatre were amazing, and many nice appliances with AC in the master bedroom. The owners were incredibly nice and responsive and gave wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. Thank you Andrew and Iryna for making our first private rental an amazing experience.

We appreciate that we were able to spend time together as a family in this serene, private space before our youngest started university in Vancouver. The amenities were wonderful. It was nice to get out of the city hustle/bustle but very close to local services. It is a comfortable spot to rest, watch a movie while in this thoughtfully designed guesthouse!

Property was as described. Secluded, beautiful home and yard. The downstairs has an efficiency kitchen, large movie projection screen and pool table. Great area for the family to hang out. Upstairs two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a mezzanine area at the top of the stairs where we could sit and read to our granddaughter.

It was great. We were on a shopping trip and a trip to visit relatives in West Vancouver. We used the accommodation as a base and it worked well. Quiet, lots of space, beautiful yard with lots of activities to do. Would recommend 😊
