"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"Clean, basic and excellent access to or from airport. Easy transfer, helpful staff, decent food and good location for arriving into or leaving Managua. Nothing fancy but property is clean and well kept. "

Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults.
