The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment "
"We loved our stay here! House was clean and had all the things we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Close to lots of fun activities and restaurants in Cleveland. The neighborhood is loud particularly at night but they provided sound machines in each room which helped make sleeping easier. Communication was great with the owners during our stay. Thank you! "
Cleveland Castle- Unbeatable proximity to CWRU, UH, & The Best of the East Side
10/10 Excellent
"The house is very unique with lots of character! We would have loved to learn more about the history of the house. Loved the decor and spacious bedrooms, plenty of room for a large group! Not a lot of room for parking for the amount of people that can stay in the house, so cars have to park on the street. Did not receive check-out information from host. Overall we had an enjoyable stay."
"The property is very clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive when I needed to extend our check out time by an hour due to a medical emergency. The location was incredibly convenient to the oval area and was walking distance for visits to an extended family member's residence. "
