"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service."

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Amazing experience! We’ve never had such a welcoming, warm welcome. The apartment is in the heart of this charming historic town. We got lucky to be there during the 3 day celebration of the Crucifix with the whole town out celebrating. Apartment is very big and has absolutely everything. Hope to come back "

"We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. As we came off season, their restaurant was closed. However, there are lots of great restaurants nearby,...

"This is a very nice hotel, it’s modern and a short walk to marina and beach. We stayed in the apartment, it was nicely decorated with a small kitchen. It has a beautiful pool, which is rare for a hotel in the town of Castellammare. There is no breakfast included or a coffee. You can buy coffee pods for your coffee maker to use in your room. "

"Nous avons réservés la maison pour 1 semaine, nous étions 9 et nous avons agréablement été surpris ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison, le jardin est super, la piscine géante, il y a même un coin barbecue. "Excellent hotel. I have a gluten sensitivity and am also a diabetic on a blood sugar sensor. I am nearly impossible to feed. There were abundant gf options on the breakfast buffet, and I was also able to get a hot gf breakfast prepared for me. The omelets were delicious, and I could get a cappuccino every morning, all included. The wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten and kept me safe. I got a hot stone massage at the hotel spa. It was excellent, and inexpensive. In general, the hotel is beautiful, and architecturally interesting. My room was very comfortable, and the view from my room is in the hotel brochure. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!) We'll be back to Palermo, and we'll be back to Boutique B&B Vintage too! "
