"I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!"

"This place was ideal for us and will be ideal for you too. This 3-bedroom 2 bathroom home worked well for our family (3 adult couples). The open floor plan ... kitchen, dining, living room ... allowed for us all to be together when we weren't sleeping. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. The host was easily accessible, answering questions in a timely manner. The backyard is fenced in, and the downstairs family room would be suitable for children with sleeping...

"The Rookery was great! The hosts have thought of everything. We didn’t go without a single thing, they had all dishes and appliances you need, board and card games, movies, easy WiFi access and use on the TVs, blankets, chairs, and much more. We arrived on a Friday evening and left Sunday morning. We came prepared with food so we never even had to get back in the car until we left. Perfect stay 10/10 !"

"This house is beautiful, I can only imagine how gorgeous it is when it's a little warmer outside. The owners were friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped. We gathered for a wedding and had an absolute blast, with plenty of room for people to spread out and spend time together. We would stay again if we needed to gather as a group. Parking was easy and while the house is a little drive from Omaha, getting there was easy. Thank you to the owners for helping us...

"This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s."

"What an amazing home! It was cozy and had such a calm feel. Everything was crisp and clean; the beds were so comfortable and we slept so great! The owners thought of everything we would need and were easy to communicate with when we had a question.
