"All the staff that we ran into on our stay were incredible. Valet staff was awesome! Super friendly and quick with my car, always caring and telling us to have a good time and be safe. The valet option is an awesome idea and i highly recommend. I loved it. We ran into a fellow named James while we were lost elevator surfing trying to find our car and he was funny. We laughed the whole elevator ride and he was all over friendly. Clean quiet room, amazing veiw. Super comfortable beds. "

"The staff at the Inn are wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they understand that you are there for medical care. The hotel has a direct route into Virginia Mason so you don’t need to go outside. The building is older so there’s no air conditioning but as long as you use the provided fan, you’ll be fine. The new bistro has really great food and drinks. Oh and the dining area outside is awesome! I recommend staying here if you’re getting treatment at Virginia Mason."
