During a blustery storm, Nieve greeted us at the reception desk like warm sunshine, and suggested fun activities in Westport. Aaron at the bar next served us good humour along with delicious sandwiches. We stayed three nights in a gloriously beautiful suite. Loved the view of Croagh Patrick during each delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the relaxing pool. Loved everything!

It seemed a bit less than the photos of the rooms. We were in a room that wasn't glamorous, just sufficient. The carpet was soiled, the bathroom was large but stale. I guess it didnt meet my standards of the hotels we frequent in the US. Chris the luggage help was amazing, and greeted us so kindly! The guys in the bar were really sweet!

The bedroom and public rooms were comfortable and well furnished. We didn't dine in the restaurant but had breakfast, which was unfortunately not up to the standard expected - a plate of overcooked scrambled egg on burnt sourdough. Rather disappointing.

Nice hotel, great rooms & very comfortable beds. Large TV didn’t work with Apps despite displaying a QR Code, reception said because of GDPR 😫 Dinning Room has lovely views & food was excellent, service was very slow, some very young staff who need more training. Overall enjoyed our stay

First visit to Ireland
Hotel was just outside Westport but walkable.. reception staff were not as friendly as we found the rest of Ireland and gave no information at checkin about the hotel.. The rooms were huge and bathrooms enormous and were cleaned and re stocked everyday. Breakfast was ok.. little on buffet to choose.Menu for Cooked food was good but arrived so promt it was impossible to have any first eg fruit yogurt porridge.. having said all that views at breakfast were just amazing it was a good hotel. ( seemed to cater very much to Americans) .. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel is very comfortable and the room was spacious but everything feels a bit dated and in need of a makeover. At this sort of price most modern hotels would have, for instance, a coffee maker in the room and a reasonable selection of channels on the TV. The hotel restaurant was good, but not as good as the description would have you believe. Breakfast was very average.

A true gem on the Emerald Isle
From the moment I arrived until I left this hotel exceeded expectations. Lovely clean spacious rooms. A stunning spa. The restaurant has the most amazing view across Clew Bay, breakfast and dinner superb for taste and presentation. The girls on reception an absolute diamond and a credit to the hotel. We will be back thank you
