"Had a great stay! Property was in good shape and very clean. Only negatives were as follows. They were experiencing IT issues upon checkin which caused quite a delay. Staff was apologetic but it was a lengthy process. Also, we were a part of a group and wanted to use the common areas for snacks and drinks. We were advised that we couldn’t use those areas with our own foood/drinks while the restaurant and bar were open. Should have been notified on arrival. "

"Everything was wonderfully easy, efficient and no hassle. Unfortunately apparently three small wet spots (two of which weren’t from the pets but from an overfull sand which and all of which likely were only visible as I’d cleaned them ) led to the hotel saying they needed to “air the room out” and they had to “clean the room before resell” and a charge of $250. This leads me to believe that they are NOT in fact cleaning the rooms between stays and just replacing linens and making it look like...

"Building was easy to find and in a good/safe location. Initial interior walking into the building was very nice but the room had some moderate wear-and-tear. Beds for us were just average and the pull out sofa was poor. Breakfast was very good."
