The hosts of the property went above and beyond It's immaculately maintained in an ideal location We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and even sitting at the back of the property on the decking we could watch the goings on in the harbour It is definitely value for money and a b&b well worth going back for another stay or two

What an amazing place!
We had an amazing time. John and Sandra are such welcoming hosts! The Lantana is spotless, in a fabulous location and they have paid such great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb! All in all, we couldnā€™t fault it! Weā€™ll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful sun terrace!

Hi, Just had a couple of days at The Lantana and thoroughly recommend it! The property itself is clean, well maintained, with modern decor and really convenient for the beach and harbour. Very attentive and friendly hosts, who made us feel welcome straight away and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and had everything that we need. Absolutely great full English breakfast!

Sandra and John are excellent hosts.Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room overlooking the harbour.Sandra is a great cook with breakfasts ranged from a full English cooked to your own preferences to a bowl of fruit freshly made. Loved eating breakfast on the sun deck watching all the events going on in the harbour. So impressed we have already booked for next year.

Room was ready on arrival along with complimentary drink and bags taken up. Sat on the sun terrace out the back overlooking the harbour and so peaceful. Rooms lovely clean and comfortable. John and Sandra so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Knowledgable about the local area, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great and a good menu choice. Will definitely be returning.

Just wonderful.
Wonderful place to stay. The hosts are just perfect. Attentive and friendly whilst remaining completely professional. They made our stay so special. Our room was superb with glorious views of the harbour. It is clear from the attention to detail in the rooms that John and Sandra really care about their guests. We ate breakfast (which were fantastic) on the lovely terrace one morning (when the weather was good). We will definitely be back.

Great stay at this property and the host were brilliant. Very nice room and facilities were excellent. Harbour at rear if property and beach at front. Search for parking (The Pavillion is close) but you can park for for free in zone F with a pass from the hotel. Would stay again and breakfast is very nice ( especially on the terrace šŸ˜).

The proximity to the beach, the town centre, the pavilion, pubs and restaurantsā€¦ā€¦all within walking distance. The Lantana have parking permits for display on the dashboard ā€¦.such a plus in a busy town where parking is at a premium.

From our first contact with the owners, to the location, the quality of the B&B, breakfast, accommodation, everything was outstanding. The B&B is in a great location, close to the beach, the quayside, the shops, pavilion, everything is within easy reach to walk to. The owners Sandra and John were fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering us drinks on arrival, organising a permit for parking, recommending places to eat and drink and offering us flexibility for check in and breakfast. The B&B is decorated and furnished to a really high standard with small luxury touches in the room, i.e. lovely toiletries, high quality tea/coffee facilities, a fridge with complimentary water, a hair dryer, towels and beautiful bedding. Breakfast was really lovely with lots of choice including fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, toast, pain au chocolat, as well as a traditional full english! There is also a lovely terrace for guests to use which overlooks the quayside, a beautiful calm place to sit and eat breakfast or have a drink in the afternoon and watch the world go by! We would definitely recommend this B&B.

John & Sandra made us feel at home from the minute we arrived and made it feel like we were stopping with friends. Our room overlooked the harbor was spotless the spacious, the breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice, thick smoked bacon, and local butchers sausages take it to the next level help yourself to tea /coffee sets you up for the day parking outside the hotel may be a problem in high season but a large public car park is only a couple of minutes away

The Lantana is a perfect place to stay in Weymouth. Sandra and John are very friendly hosts and nothing was too much trouble, the breakfasts were cooked perfectly and big portions. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable and the Lantana is situated with some of the best views of Weymouth beach and the harbour that your going to get in the whole area. Guys.. seriously, this is the place to stay if youā€™re heading to Weymouth for a break, we loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Eddie and Lilybeth.
