"The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Unfortunately, we were not aware at the time of booking that our room was located one floor up from the lift, requiring us to navigate a final set of narrow stairs, one of which was broken.
