"Loved the property and the staff. Only issue we had was when it rained hard we could hear it constantly in the room on second floor - beyond what I would say is normal for a hotel. It sounded like there was a tin roof instead of a ceiling. The staff and food was incredible and same with overall rooms. Despite the rain issues would stay here again any day."

"Absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately we only spent one night whilst visiting friends in Hermanus. I could have stayed a month. Very friendly and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. Lovely lounge area which was cosy and warm for a nightcap after a meal out. Perfect spot in a secure space for relaxing and exploring the area. Will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for the warm welcome. "

"An out of season trip for whale watching. Early in the season so limited success there. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. The honeymoon sweet was lovely. Breakfast choice was nice and the distance from the centre was a 10min walk. The location is very good to the coastal walk. "

"The location above the shopping centre was surprisingly good! Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were amazing, especially Chris & Terry. Thank you for a wonderful stay, kids loved it."

"The host Nikki is outstanding and very helpful. The room size is good and comfortable. Warm electric blanket. Nikki helped us with our Whale trip but unfortunately it got canceled at last minute due to bad weather. Will stay here again without hesitation "

"We had always walked past this stunning hotel whenever we’d visit Hermanus, promising ourselves we’d treat ourselves one day. Well- we just did- and what a treat it was. "This guesthouse is undoubtedly one of the best beach B&Bs I’ve ever visited. The decor is charming, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The hosts were incredibly sweet, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding, and the view from the Oyster room was simply unbelievable. A perfect beachside retreat that I highly recommend!"
