Banyandah, meaning ‘house on the water’, is the perfect way to describe this incredible holiday home. Set on a magnificent section of the Murray River, Banyandah offers holiday goers a unique, spacious and inviting home where they can enjoy absolute river frontage.

With exceptional access to the Murray, Banyandah boasts a spacious riverfront dining area, a convenient walkway, and a pontoon.

Spend long days on the river, indulge in waterside lunches, and dock your boat hassle-free. It's the ultimate riverfront experience.

The home is divided over two levels. Upstairs is the main house, featuring a large, sunny deck that leads inside. With three bedrooms, and a central bathroom, this area can sleep six. The main living and dining area enjoy a sunny outlook over the river. Downstairs, there is one bedroom and central bathroom, accommodating four. This area also has its own kitchen and living area – perfect for a second family or for the kids to enjoy their own space!

Banyandah is only available on a whole home basis. You will have exclusive access to the property.

Everything was perfect, The Neighbour to the left hand side is a handful. hiskids running riot on skis' directly outside the private jetty
