"The biggest letdown on this property was the digital lock on main door and although was advised there is a physical key , that was only for the apartment door , was a few min before the sabbath and had no alternative , the interior lights also go on with motion sensor and door only opens to leave with pressing a Elec opening button , these apartments do not meet the basic religious requirements for the sabbath , otherwise it’s a clean apartment with good facilities inc kitchen , other negative...

"Myself and my two teenage kids stayed here while in London. It is away from the touristy areas, so it was quiet. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. 10 minute walk to the tube station. Had everything we needed and the host was great. "

"The space was good for a short term stay. Facilities were majorly good with the exception of the bed / pillows which were incredibly soft and difficult to get a full night's sleep on. The hosts themselves were friendly, accommodating and helpful at all stages from the minute we booked until the minute we left. The supply of things like toiletries, coffee and towels was lovely and not something that you get in a lot of places. They're very quiet and keep to themselves during the stay. The area...

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."
