"Overall a nice little house but did not seem to be ready for guests. Yard was not maintained and all the decks and patios were covered in cobwebs and bugs. We kept finding open perishable food (like bread and cucumbers) in cabinets and the fridge, uncomfortable beds ... but worst of all the lack of air conditioning and even screens in most windows was the terrible.
