Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

However, is no parking available for oversized vehicles, and reaching floor three from the reception is inconvenient, requiring two elevator changes to transport skiing equipment due to the lack of nearby parking. Additionally, there is no pool, not even a jacuzzi. It's a decent option for a 2- or 3-night stay."
