I had a terrible experience using this property. I arrived at around 10pm and because this is a condo there is no front office but instead
you go through a company called Latour. Before arriving I was sent an email which contains instructions on how to access the elevator key and the parking pass from a lock box.
When I arrived, there was no elevator key and no parking pass in the lock box so I called Latour.
When I called the agent did no attempt at fixing the problem, instead insisted that I was at the wrong building, the wrong lock box etc.
Eventually he told me he emailed/called the property manager (Andrea) and told me she will get back to you later tonight or tomorrow morning.
At this point I was very upset, tomorrow is out of the question, I had already paid for the night and I was with a child and there is no reason I should go book a
different hotel room due to their negligence. He then gave me the property manager direct number so I called and did not hear back.
I eventually managed to get access to the room because someone using the elevator was kind enough and because I had the room used access code to open
the door. I never heard back from the property manager. The next day I called Latour at 9am and I requested
to speak to someone with Authority. After 6 hours I got a call from someone who apologized and dropped off the key/pass at the lock box.
I do not recommend anyone booking anything associated with Latour.
