"Had to phone for the code to get in as we didn’t get the email with the code, apartment is small but looks nice however it wasn’t very clean, cobwebs in the bathroom and very dusty skirting boards, there was 6 of us but only 5 mugs, there was no bedding or towels for the sofa bed so first night wasn’t very comfortable, however emailed the company and was told extra towels and bedding was under the sofa bed, definitely would be a good idea to have a welcome pack explaining this. "Property was as advertised, very nice, reasonably priced. The address was a bit of a problem for google maps, we did have bit of a challenge finding it. Parking was good. They said it had steep stairs to access, and it does! Overall a great stay!! I have had a big problem getting my email address corrected on VRBO. That has nothing to do with the Whitby property, but does present a difficulty communicating. "
