"First time staying here it’s a very nice place. Warm welcome on arrival with the information required for an enjoyable stay. I even received a phone call asking was everything in my room ok? Lovely riverside view shame it’s a cold February morning or it would be perfect. Lots of onsite parking. Great in room amenities. Food was flavoursome and well presented with great service. Nice hotel

"Lovely staff, lovely room and food was good but not brilliant. I had said that I would pay at hotel, when I got there they said the room was paid for but I had to pay for parking which I did. I checked my bank account just before we left and couldn’t see payment for the room , so when we left I asked at reception if they had payment. They said that it would be taken off the card that I had used to book which was also the one I used for the parking. Later that day I got an email to say that my room hadn’t been paid for I phoned them and was told that there was problem with their system and from what I could gather this had happened before. If that is the case then they really ought to get their systems sorted "
