The location was easy to find. The ADA accessible room I requested was as far down the hallway from the lobby as possible. Yes, it was by a door to the outside, but there's a railing that you must walk around to get to the door. As a person who has bad knees, the ADA rooms need to be the ones nearest to the lobby or the elevator, which have doors that open automatically. I am not on a walker or in a wheelchair, but would have had serious difficulty getting into the building if I had been in either and then was also carrying luggage. Also, the room I was in was on the very north end of the building. The weather was very cold with a strong north wind. The bathroom door would not stay open and there's evidently not a heating/cooling vent in there. It was just like walking into a deep freeze. Additionally, the room is next to a security light in the parking lot, and there wasn't a blackout shade on the window. I could've read a book without the lamp on as it was that bright in there. I am not being nitpicky, but I travel frequently for work and stay in lots of motels. A blackout shade and true ADA accessibility would have made the night much better.

I love the cleanliness and the location being right there by Hill West easy access to go to any direction. Only issue we had was the toilet didn’t flush right and the next morning it stayed that way we couldn’t get it to work but other than that everything was excellent.

The young lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though I had put 11 am as my check out time and had the do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady still knocked and sounded like she was a little frustrated because I was still there and she couldn’t go in to clean. When I left she had barely started cleaning on the opposite end of the floor. I felt rushed because of that. The food at breakfast was good but there was very little variety as far as types of bread (just wheat and white, no bagels or English muffins). The kitchen staff seemed very nice as well.

It was great, but it was definitely not soundproof! The people above us had children running up and down the halls playing games and racing till 11:00! Glad they were having fun, but made for a short night for road weary travelers!
