We stayed for two night. Well was supposed to be two night half through our stay we had to leave since we have gotten bit by bed bugs. We had to sleep in out vehicle due to this!

The hotel room and hotel overall is dirty. There are stains on the carpet, couches, walls and especially the ceiling. The room smells musty. Toilet was leaking. We could not take our shoes off the floors are so dirty and stained. We booked a two night stay and left after the first night. As we checked out, the worker mentioned that we were booked for another night, we just said we were going to find another place to say and she just said ok. No questions asked.

The building is old and dated needs to be completely gutted and renovated. There's a smell of mold and smoke in the rooms we stayed. The staff was not accommodating at all. My family had to purchase cleaning and air freshener supplies to be able to stay the reservations we set was completely different from what we were provided. Most of my family suffers with upper respiratory illnesses this location of Comfort Inn is not a safe place for anyone that suffers with asthma or any upper respiratory illnesses.

Lots of stains on the walls with visible mold. Especially in the dinning area where breakfast is. If you look up you can see the mold. Not sure it was leaking from the ceiling.

Close to our daughter, easy to walk to Braum's and a feeling of safety. The hotel was clean, people were friendly and helpful. Only issue I have is the bathroom. No handrails to get into tub, no place to hang towels and black areas behind the toilet that looked like it could be mold.

Disgusting and filthy. There was vomit and mold in our bathroom. Dirty socks and trash in the halls. The carpets were coming up from the floors. The ventilation system was leaking everywhere including in the lobby where people were eating. The water coming out of the faucets smelled horrible. Staff were non existent.

The area around hotel is nice. Close to shopping and dining. The hotel is dirty and not well maintained. Dirty carpet, drapes and the hallways are dirty and old. Poor lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom.
