I really appreciated the incredible treatment I received from all staffers from beginning to end. I felt like I was given the royal treatment! My customer service rep kept in touch with me throughout my stay just to see how everything was going. Everyone from the shuttle driver, Gary, to the cleaning lady who got the elevator door for me to the warm chocolate chip cookies at the front counter. Very easy access to the highway that took us right to our daughter. The only place we'll consider staying when we return to Wichita. But I will admit I would have liked a free, continental breakfast. Not a big deal though considering all the other positives.
