Very clean. However.. very noisy. The renovations are one thing, but the hectic atmosphere of the area’s activities make it confusing, crowded and uncomfortable. The staff is nice. But need real customer service training. For the price? Stay elsewhere.

I had to physically clean the floor of the bathroom as soon as I walked in. Hair everywhere. While using a dampened towel to wipe it, the towel became brown. This told me that i wasn’t just cleaning a large amount of hair, but also dirt. This washroom was not clean and I didn’t enjoy being in the room. The restaurant/bar staff was amazing though.
This hotel is very nice! Super clean and up to date! The heated pool is nice and the breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this property once in Nov 2024 and now in May 2025 both times they are still under renovation which is fine but when I checked in it was late at night and the bathroom was NOT CLEAN!!! I was disgusted! There was a long hair on the bathroom door, the counter looked like it still had make up on it and the bathroom mat was WET! I immediately called downstairs to report the issue but was exhausted so I went to sleep the next day I left the hotel at 7:30am and went straight to the front desk on my way out to reiterate that when I returned by 2pm I wanted the bathroom to smell like bleach and be cleaned from top to bottom. When I returned the room was untouched!!! At this point I'm still exhausted so I demanded to move to another room so I could sleep! They did nothing else, just moved me to one of the rooms that had recently been upgraded. I was literally at this hotel less than 36 hours and for $200+ a night this was definitely not worth it!!! Will not be staying here again.
The hotel was very clean with nice furnishings. The patio areas were nice and overlooked the water. There were nice restaurants close to the hotel.

We loved the hotel and heated pool. We stayed bc we went to a show at Century II. Our stay would have been perfect if we hadn’t had left his Nintendo switch in the room, immediately called that same day and they some how couldn’t find it. Smh. When we without a doubt left it. My 7yr olds son fault for leaving it but the staff could have been honest and returned it.
Disappointed with house Keeping !!! I spent a lot of money and expected better

The room was amazing! Super comfortable and clean! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful!! Genuine and friendly breakfast staff! 😃

Professional staff, clean and comfortable room, VERY comfortable bed, great food in the hotel restaurant and friendly staff at the hotel bar. I completely enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

Stay at Hyatt March 14 2025 with family. Rated at 4 star since there was some issues. Arrived at hotel to check in and our room wasn't available due to renovation going on. Which they did get us another room but view wasn't as good plus we had a shower instead of tub. They did give us a discount due to room issue but didn't give us a military discount after showing ID. Other than that overall stay was pleasant and room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Even though we had minor mishap we would stay there again.

The hotel was very quiet and I slept well each night. The staff was excellent along with the food to match. Definitely coming back.
