"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. "Hotel was priced great. Rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 rooms, each one had 3 single beds which was perfect for us. One room looked like the bathroom had been completely renovated and the shower had a door. The other room's bathroom just had a shower curtain and because the curtain was hung too high, water went all over the floor. Fixed this by lowering curtain. "We stayed for 2 days. Queen standard room. A couple things bothered me. When we checked in instead of the rate we booked with when making reservations ended up being close to 100 dollars more with zero explanation and due to nothing in else in the area being available we had zero choice. The cost of the breakfast buffet is pretty steep youre even charged a tea/coffee fee ($10 a day) on top of the daily breakfast fee. Since i drink neither i found that very odd especially with an over $20 daily...

"We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rebook again. The breakfast was okay. The room was small for four but we made it work. The only negative thing I would say would be once you get off the elevator, there was such a bad smell that carried into the hallway. The smell was there everyday. "

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. "I stay at the Steigenberger airport hotel every time I fly international for the past 10 years. The Steigenberger is one of my favorite hotels and up until now I have never had a complaint and the rooms are always super clean. However, this time the towel in my room had a big brown spot on it that was pretty disgusting. I did not complain about it because I usually travel with my own travel towel for this exact reason. In ten years this was the only time there has been a problem, and I did not report it to management. Would I continue to stay there? YES! It is still one of my favorite hotels and over the course of ten years I have never had a concern. Staying here in my opinion is the best option."

"The hotel was amazing. The check in was fast and friendly. I was there for one night due to an early morning flight. The amount paid for the hotel on that night for the location was worth the amount! I will stay again, when returning to Frankfurt."
