"Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ocean front rooms are great. Pool area is nice and BBs bar is a great. However parking lot is very small and the elevator is extremely hot. Area is very walkable with shops, restaurants and water park close."
"Overview room on 7th floor (716) is a beautiful view. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast is continental, bread, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt… nothing special, but better than nothing. "
"An Honest PROS AND CONS Review: PROS: I have stayed at just about every type and level of lodging there is to offer in the U.S. & I had a really good experience at Perry’s. For the price, it’s a good stay. I will definitely go back. I have fairly bad back issues, and the bed in room 305 was some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The room was very clean, nice bathrooms and nice kitchen area. The location of the property is ideal. The front desk staff was very nice, and Kelsey was sure to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. CONS: the hotel is most definitely what most people would say is “dated”, however, I personally enjoy staying at places like this that have a little age on them, and are still very well taken care of. This property is a well maintained time capsule of vintage American nostalgia, and I love that. If you love nostalgic things about road trips and traveling, you’ll enjoy this place. One thing that I didn’t like about this place is the parking. It wasn’t terrible, but it was most certainly a little tight, and limited. One car per room is the policy, I believe. I think there’s parking across the street or nearby though, so it’s not a big deal. And lastly, I purchased 3 bottles of water from the fridge in the lobby, and the total came to just below $14, that’s kinda crazy, but you’re gonna pay it in that type of costal heat. Overall, I really enjoy my stay, and would most definitely recommend it. Looking forward to going back! "
