"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "
