"The hotel was lovely and it was clear a lot of money had been spent renovating it recently. That being said there were some areas of our suite that were a little messy ( paint splatters etc ) and there was no daily turn down service unless at my own expense. I don’t expect it daily but think at least one room clean in our week long stay would’ve been good. Still very impressed and will look at coming back. "

"We absolutely love staying at a Hyatt Place! But let me tell you, this location is simply outstanding. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and the room is incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our stay here was truly delightful!"

"We had a blast with our kids - ages 2 & 7!! Although we found the magiquest games to be difficult to understand, they still had fun waving the wand at the various spots around the property. Mini golf (very mini!) and bowling (also mini) were big hits though!! The water park itself is aweome. So much to do for kids of all ages! We stayed in the Grizzly Suite - it was a great size for us and we all slept well. We will definitely go back!!"
