"This was a magical place - I fell in love with Mürren here. It has the most incredible view and the rooms are cozy but cute and beds are comfy. There is construction next door because of the new gondola they are installing, however, it did not detract from our experience. The staff here is so nice, especially the two women working the bar. One of their names is Kataryna - who took care of me coming in late and hungry and pregnant. I would love to come stay here again. "

"We took the train to Thun and then the bus to the hotel (bus stop is right outside). It’s a lovely hotel with amazing views over the lake. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony overlooking the lake which was just so calming to sit out on and relax (even if it was raining as the balcony was sheltered). "We loved this property and our stay. I would definitely recommend staying. I will only mention a couple of items that are just my opinion. We could never get reception on the phone, we had to walk down to talk to them. They were always amazing and friendly, but it would have been nice to get some ice or towels via a phone. "The pictures do not do the place justice. Top level. Pool is warm, customer service goes above and beyond as the norm. Got in a bit of trouble for playing piano at 11pm but don't blame them as I'm no concert pianist. Wish I'd have booked the place for a week. Thanks for having me."

Amazing Switzerland

"What an amazing destination spectacular view from the hotel of the Eiger and surrounding Bernese alps, staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for us during our week stay. Switzerland is such a beautiful country amazing transportation and so clean. We will be back in the winter for another visit. Make sure you have Switzerland on top of your list of places to visit."
