The hotel and staff were 2nd to none, every member of staff we meet where fantastic, polite, professional and very helpful. The room was spotless, and the bar foyer and dining hall & spa (the only areas we went into) were beautiful and high levels of cleanliness. The surrounding areas were run down, and hard to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. That said nothing would put me off from staying again and I will certainly recommend to others.

"Nice hotel excellent breakfast. Large room but small issue with my shower although I have stayed before with no issues in a different room. Bar area had several staff but not once did I see anybody clean a table which you would expect in a hotel of this standard, especially as people left tables. ..."

"Lovely Hotel and the staff on check in and throughout our stay were warm and welcoming, a great asset to the Hotel. The main bar is an impressive place for cocktails and to relax. One small criticism our room was cold on entering and took a little while to warm up. Would happily stay again."
