The room was too congested for two beds. Bathroom exhaust was not functional and room became too humid. Would not recommend this hotel for a family visit. The wall heater was too loud to sleep in the night.

The smell of curry through out the place, some people do have allergies and the smell is HIGHLY OVERWHELMING. If you are on the bottom floor be prepared not to sleep if people are on the second floor, you can hear every movement.

I went with my husband and 2 kids and took this hotel because it was the cheaper of the area that for the season (Christmas). But in reality, next time will pay more for a better hotel on Williams. There are a lot of other options and will consider being in the historic downtown better, walkable to all areas.

Not only was the front desk woman absolutely RUDE!!! She was so bothered she had to get up and bring my 3 children towels to shower for breakfast. Had the WORST attitude refilling the breakfast items for folks - just downright UNPLEASANT!!! Plus I paid for my room on Expedia and was still charged $100 for “incidentals” that DID NOT occur!!!! I want my money back!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

It did its job! The room was clean for the most part and the serve was great! My hair dryer in the room stopped working but I called the front desk and they had one available for me within minutes.

We liked the fact we were close enough to downtown, but not in the middle of it all. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I wish we had access to was local news. The Dish channels were merely for entertainment, and we would have liked to be more in touch with the outside world.
