Welcome to Blue Point Villa, Little Exuma, Bahamas ON TROPIC OF CANCER BEACH.
Villa is located right on the beach. Disregard Google maps suggesting a walk to the beach.

This 5000 sq ft private luxury Villa on the sugar white sands of famous Tropic of Cancer Beach also offers an infinity pool just feet from the beach and a view of Turtle Island beyond. The property is 40 minutes from the Georgetown airport (GGT); our Manager will meet you, at the Villa and help you settle in.

This vacation escape is sure to promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. We have tried to think of everything make your experience magical - from good wine glasses to plastic picnic baskets. The expansive pool decks blend seamlessly with turquoise waters, offering the perfect place to soak up the sun, relax in the shade or enjoy outdoor meals on our large dining table. Turtle Island offers gentle protection from crashing waves as well as a perfect afternoon destination for a trip in one of our kayaks to pick souvenir sand dollars or explore the the Island's mysterious grotto.

The Villa has two principal bedrooms on the ocean side with king beds, private bathrooms and ocean views through large sliding glass doors. The two back corner bedrooms have sliding doors to the deck (one with a spectacular ocean view) and two queen beds in each. One of the back corner bedrooms has an en suite bath. The middle back bedroom has one queen bed.

Enjoy the seamless style of the designer decorated interior and exterior spaces complete with 22' vaulted great room ceiling with glittering sea glass chandeliers, cozy sink in sofas and large dining table to complement the fresh breeze and complete your experience.

The Exumas are perfect for both relaxation and play. You can lounge around the pool on expansive sofas and sectional, or take long walks on the beach. If you are up for an adventure, you can kayak, snorkel or explore the hundreds of Exuma Cays that can be found on the "Exuma" page.

The beach is also great for Kite Surfing: the beach is long and shoal-free, winds are usually strong and steady out of the East running parallel to the beach and Turtle Island offshore offers a protected stretch making it easier to launch your ride.

Life on Blue Point can be as tranquil and private as you wish: choose to set your own culinary pace in our gourmet kitchen or decide to pamper yourself with chef prepared meals featuring the catch of the day and freshly baked key lime pie; bring or buy your own groceries or arrive to a fully stocked pantry; swim, kayak or play golf and charter boat excursions. And of course the wine menu is entirely up to you.

We had 11 family members ages 5-67, Blue Point Villa is a beautiful home with probably the best beach on the island. Everything you need is right there, pool, hot tub and 3 washers and dryers. Large rooms and lots of privacy even with large crowd. The layout works! Host is super easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. Judy the house manager and her family were great for info and car rentals.

Stayed for a week. Group of 10 friends. The house is stunning. The beach is perfect. Judy was so easy to work with. Grocery shopping is a must and it was easy to do. Went out to eat, cooked ourselves, had a chef one night. Definitely hire Chef Kat!!! The beach is so peaceful and beautiful. I don’t have the words. I wish it was my house.

Perfect girls weekend!
We loved the place! It had everything and pictures don’t do it justice. Judy was excellent and easy to help with any wish. This place is great if you want to feel at the edge of the world. It’s pretty far from town/ airport/ stores/ etc and road conditions are not easy. If you want to go and enjoy the peace and serenity this place is perfect! It was great for us to have groceries delivered and meals cooked for us at the house. Have a boat pick you up right on the beach. The half day excursion was the highlight of our trip. Thanks Judy!

Paradise!
We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous spacious house right on the sugar sand beach. Although it was quite remote we loved having the privacy and peace and quiet. We did have a chef twice during the week which was wonderful. Also had jet ski's for a couple days which was a fun way to explore. We had 7 adults which ended up being a perfect number for the rooms and bathrooms provided. Such a beautiful paradise spot!

This lovely villa has breathtaking views of the crystal blue water. You can walk the beach for miles. This spacious villa comes with everything you need for the kitchen, beach, pool and more! Magical
We stayed here with a group of 10 adults and the house was a perfect size for all of us. Judy is amazing, she was great at communicating before abs during our stay.We rented a van and used the chef services for a birthday dinner. The chefs were very sweet and the food was delicious. The Key like pie was a hit! The view from the house is just breathtaking and might be one of the best view on the island. I highly recommend you staying here in your in Exuma! We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful
We spent a little over a week here and it was everything we hoped it would it would be. The house is perfectly situated right on the beach with beautiful views. Our family enjoyed haveing the pool as well which was nice to cool off in at night. Judy and her team kept us well stocked and cooked for us several nights. Both meals were wonderful and it was nice to just rest and relax. We most enjoyed the kayaks and spend many hours paddling about the area exploring and snorkeling. We had a great time and are looking forward to returning!

Amazing!
This was our 4th time to Exuma and our first outside of the resort on the island. You can’t choose a better house on the most perfect beach. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was incredible. Absolute paradise!
Beautiful house and property! So private and relaxing. The house is great for families and has everything you need. Beautiful beach and view from house is breathtaking with the bright blue water. Paradise in the Exumas
This property was by far the nicest property on the island. On Tropical Cancer Beach which is one of the nicest beaches on the island. The home is equipped with everything you can think of and more!! Plenty of kayaks for the family. Must go to the island across from the beach. Bring your camera to witness the beautiful grotto on the island. We had a personal chef for 3 nights. Food was delicious. Judy, the property manager super attentive making sure everything was great. Will be back soon!!

Spectacular!
House is beautiful, spacious, well stocked, clean, has that wow factor. Location is best on beach and beach is one of the most beautiful our party has experienced. And what to say about Judy and her family team (Wade, TJ, Larissa, Justin) - from the dinners cooked for us at home, dinner reservations coordinated, sightseeing and fishing boat trips, rental cars, general tips - thank you, thank you, thank you. Bring more cash than you expect - most everyone takes credit card but charge 5%, so cash is king. We will be back.

Unbelievable setting. Blue skies, blue waters, and a Blue Point Villa that did not disappoint.
The house, the pool and the beach all combined to make us feel like we landed in paradise. This was our fourth visit to Exuma and we all agreed that when we return we will come back to Blue Point Villa. It has all the amenities and property manager Judy provided super services including grocery shopping, cold beer, and she even tracked down the owners of a lost dog. It was a week full of wonderful memories from beach walks to grilling tasty dinners and taking night time swims in the heated pool. The Tropic of Cancer beach provided blue water and white sand during the day and the perfect starry night for bonfires, cigars and s’mores. A great time was had by all.
