Overall, we had a great trip. Our accomodations were messed up due to Wyndham overbooking but our hosts did a graat job of ensuring that we had appropriate accomodatioms for our large group. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Tina and Hannah again.

Annual Visit, GREAT host!
The property is one of the nicest timeshare facilities we’ve ever visited. Once we told the front desk we were not interested in ownership, they did not hassle us at all. The owner/host Tina was excellent! Great communication, and useful timely information beforehand. Thank you!

We celebrated our adult kids 21st and 23rd birthdays during our trip. The resort was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. We visited many nearby attractions. Our 3 bedroom until was the perfect size for our family of 6!

In Williamsburg for a family reunion. Things were great minus a few things with the cleanliness of the unit. The manager was very nice about things and even offered my family a complimentary stay on our next visit.

Graduation Stay
Property was mostly clean, although some mold and lingering dampness (window above jet tub; caulk lines in master shower). It was not clear that the property would also attempt to enlist us in a time-share agreement and presentation. Far more emphasis was placed on that than the property and our access and rules. Beds were comfortable and apartment well appointed. Very dated cabinets, fixtures.
