"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat."

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. "Staying in this hotel felt like we were royalty. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived three hours early but staff emailed us when it was ready, and they had already delivered our baggage to the room. Coffee was available in the room and the pillows and mattress were memory foam, so comfortable. The location is directly across the street feom the train station and in the middle of Old Town, where shopping and restaurants are located. This place is perfect!"

"The Hotel and staff was amazing and our room was perfect. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing from the amazing dinner to the great breakfast we had. Also shot out to our receptionists she was amazing even got my wife a small box of chocolates for her birthday sorry neither of us can remember her name was lots of travel for us 😊. We definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place stay here its very walkable to alot of things just go and enjoy."
