Willoughby Hotel Guide - Family Friendly Hotels in Willoughby, Cleveland

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"First off, the lady at check in was VERY RUDE. She didn’t give me any info about check out times, location or the room and very short. The lobby was in the middle of the building so you had to walk through a breezeway before getting to it. The building smelled like weed and the area was NOT a safe neighborhood like posted in the reviews. The room was hot because the AC unit was turned off. Besides that the room was decent and the bed was comfortable. "
