Beautiful, Charming, Historic Riverfront and Wrightsville Beach!

As we find ourselves in challenging times, trying to get back to some kind of normal, we want to assure our guests that we are making every possible effort to ensure their comfort and safety when they stay at one of our properties. We want you to know that we use a professional cleaning service that strictly follows the most state-of-the-art procedures when it comes to disinfection. The disinfectant that they use is EPA registered and CDC approved. Their teams are trained to comply with OSHA standards and have completed a Covid-19 awareness certification course. The health and safety of our guests is their greatest priority.

Additionally, we have keyless entry keypad locks so you can self check-in.

Great WIFI especially important for everyone's Zoom Meetings!!

In addition to being crazy clean… our property is also gorgeous and comfortable! The house was remodeled completely in 2016 and because of Hurricane Florence, was remodeled again in 2018! During that remodel, we updated the 2nd bathroom to include a beautiful, subway tiled, walk-in shower with frameless double glass doors, a new marble backsplash in the kitchen and added wonderful deep seat wicker furniture to our deck, to which we’ve just added gorgeous new cushions! We’ve also added new mattresses throughout the home and now have queens in both the master and 2nd bedroom, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 8 guests… or more with the inflatable mattresses that we’ve added.
Our split bedroom design is perfect for providing privacy as the master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms.

Our beautiful, bright eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home…Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, a stand mixer, electric griddle, crockpot, toaster, electric kettle and more!! We have a 49 inch smart TV, Roku to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. and an antenna which gives you all the major networks, a BlueRay player and hundreds of DVD’s

Lastly, but probably the most important to many people is our location…it just can’t be beat for convenience… just about 2 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington and the bustling nightlife of the riverfront and about 6 miles to the sandy white beaches of beautiful Wrightsville Beach. We’re also just a five minute drive to Wilmington International Airport.

Amazing property

Great pet friendly VRBO in a great location!
This house is in a great neighborhood and is in an extremely convenient location to downtown, UNCW and the beach. We really enjoyed walking the dogs in the neighborhood. The house has a great deck to enjoy on sunny days. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Little house
We were down in Wilmington for our oldest daughter's wedding. This house was the perfect location. It was no more that 5 to 10 minutes from almost everything. It was so clean and tidy. The amenities were great. Beth was so great she ever reached out once or twice through our stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. We had friends come to the wedding and meet us for a few drinks at the house and they even noted how great it was

Lovely, comfortable and clean!
Enjoyed staying at this house. Beth has done a great job making the house inviting. It is in a lovely neighborhood good for walks. Quick driving distance to the heart of downtown. Beautiful place
The home was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was close to the stores, beaches and the River Walk. The owner is very nice. We had an issue getting into the house. When I called her she was over in about 2 minutes. We would stay here again. I would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing Escape
We had such a wonderful, peaceful escape at Beth's home. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old son and we enjoyed easy proximity to the downtown riverfront and the beach, plus it was an easy drive to stores and restaurants to stock up on whatever we needed. This is a gem located in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Wilmington. A great house with perfect interiors that you quickly relax into (it felt like our personal home away from home). There’s a large backyard (great for the pups!) and a relaxing deck with comfy furniture out back too. We loved being able to cook in the well appointed kitchen or take a short drive to so many terrific restaurants nearby - Thai, Italian, French! We ate and slept very well. We’ll be back!

I would give 10 stars if it were an option!
We came in for student orientation at UNCW, just a few miles away. It was the perfect place! A few miles in the other direction to the river front, right in the middle of a very lovely neighborhood, and around the corner from a GREAT Thai Restaurant. Beth keeps the house immaculate, and is so gracious and welcoming and available. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful neighborhood
While the home is about 15 minutes from the beach, we were looking for a home that would be dog friendly for our 6 month old miniature golden doodle. The neighborhood was a really great place to walk our puppy. Quiet streets, lovely homes, sidewalks, and lots of trees. Having the host/owner next door was a real plus and she became an instant friend. The kitchen had everything one would want...although we ate most of our meals in restaurants. The back deck with a comfortable couch and chairs was a great place for a nap in the sun on a fall afternoon.

Welcomed with open arms! Could not possibly ask for more!!
We cannot praise this property and it's owner enough. We were a family of five - parents and 3 middle school kids plus our 2 labs. The property is in a wonderful location from which to explore Wilmington and the surrounding area. The home itself is perfectly laid out for a family of our size and is in fact one of the highest quality rentals we have ever had the fortune of staying in and we frequently rent from VRBO. It is furnished beautifully and meticulously cared for. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the neighborhood and relaxing on the deck in the garden. The most amazing characteristic of this rental is the owner who lives next door. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We were coming to Wilmington from having suffered through the power outage in the Outer Banks and the kindness and caring that the owner, Beth, demonstrated to our family was magical. If you should ever find yourself looking for a home to rent in this area, this property should be your first choice. We cannot recommend it more!
