The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on in a while. It was quiet at night. The location is perfect for visiting UNCW and also great proximity to the shopping and restaurants in the area. My only gripe was that the parking spaces were very tight but it was still a great stay.

Clean outside and in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at this comfort inn several times over the years and never had any issues or complaints! Convenient to attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The room and bathrooms were very clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. My only complaint is that the room always felt damp; the carpet was damp, all of my belonging were damp, even my Kindle had condensation on it when I woke up in the morning. Thankfully we kept our beds made when we weren't in them so the sheets didn't feel damp.

As we were leaving on Sunday morning, there was a terrible odor somewhere on the 4th floor. We reported it to the front desk. The staff was all VERY pleasant! They were professional and accommodating.
