Main level has 2 master Bedroom suites with no stairs. great for elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

- Primary guest must be 30 and over
- Primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement with photo ID

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
