"The house, grounds and pool were nice and clean. More than enough room for our family. The property was easy to drive in and out of. The distance: close to everything but just far enough away that we didn’t hear late night noise. "We had a wonderful time and loved everything about the property. We will really enjoyed the pool area it was very refreshing and peaceful. We had a King room with the most amazing shower. . In the morning they provide excellent coffee and light breakfast options. Wayne check us in and was super friendly and showed us around the property. Chuck was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. We come down a couple of times a year and will be booking here from now on! "

"Craig's home is in a great location, just down the block from the beach, with plenty of space in the home's multiple bedrooms and living areas. The furniture and condition were a bit worn/outdated, but consistent with the photos and everything was clean. Craig was very open to communication and provided recommendations, which were really helpful. "

"Location is great, private beach entrance is great. Unfortunately the rental only has one key fob to access the private beach which created some scheduling issues all week. The main seating area has a love seat and one chair, which would be fine but we had nine people. The outdoor furniture, besides the table and chairs, should be trashed. There's a nice grill outside for grilling out"

"The house is absolutely massive, tucked away in a very nice neighborhood near the beach. I went for my friend's bachelor party and I'm super glad we picked this place. The host was so accomadating and very responsive. I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to give this place 5 stars."
