"The house is situated on three different levels. There is a beautiful open kitchen with dining room and lounge downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from serving a bowl of cereal. tohaving a cocktail. "

"The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"We stayed in the Granary which was decorated for Christmas, it had such a lovely homely feel to the property. There was a very much appreciated welcome pack of mince pies, shortbread, wine and milk. The beds are super comfy and I honestly had some of the best sleeps staying here. The pool room was stunning and we loved the exclusive 2 hour slots that can be booked.We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!"

"Such a beautifully appointed cottage in the grounds of an amazing country manor.So close to Bradford on Avon, literally 3 minutes to the local pub by car, we timed it! About 20 minutes to Bath, traffic pending. Cottage is spacious and homely too. Decorated with taste; high end furniture, bedding, crockery etc. Lots of doggy goodies available too which was nice.Whilst our stay was excellent and we would love to return and recommend, we did have a few issues with the tv on the first day. "We had a long weekend with friends at the property, which is exactly as it looks in the photos. Nice rooms, big kitchen and a large living space with really cool decor. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a local town within 10 minutes drive so easy to get to. Highly recomend."

"We came here for a 60th birthday celebration with family - the property was amazing. Beautifully decorated, would 10/10 recommend "

"First, the only way go stay closer to the cathedral would be to pitch a tent on the lawn! So much room, large kitchen and separate dining room. Really large bedrooms. Entire house super well kept and clean. We are picky travelers and we loved this place! "

"Great location, right in the town centre. Good sized room and the bed was comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and good portion size. My only critique would be there is no mirror at the vanity desk and the one in the bathroom was not in the light. "

"Overall excellent two night stay. Check in was quick and easy with a pleasant welcome. Room was spacious with huge 7ft bed and great facilities including a nespresso coffee machine. Even though the room overlooked the main road it wasn't an issue at all with hardly any traffic through the night. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had breakfast both mornings and food, drink and service were all excellent, plus the restaurant itself is a lovely environmemt. Overall loved our stay and would return. "
