"Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and I couldn’t hear any street noise inside. I like the room cool, and like white noise from the fan. The fan stayed on all night which was amazing! Other hotels have it where the fan goes off and on which wakes me up at night - I slept great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for what I needed. Will definitely stay again when I come back to this area."

"This hotel is holding onto it last thread, I have advised them to actually hire a real contractor and then they send their employees who don’t speak English to superglue things together. I honestly recommend to whoever read this go to Santana Row or Amwell hotel. Staff wasn’t to be seen, nor manger to be found "

"Wasn't as clean as i would like it. No housekeeping. They put your room number on the card key which is a safety issue especially if i lost my card key. Other than that it was nice"

"The owners were wonderful. They allowed us early entry into the home and even had a welcome package and flowers set up on table. Very sweet. House has a a fenced backyard with a patio and an orange tree! Pretty basic house but nice. The bathroom isn't Ada accessible. The layout in there is very awkward. But otherwise the place is great. Thank you for having us! "
