"The house was very cosy and in great condition. The location is great and its so handy to have parking. If you have a big car it may be a little tight. I have a Volvo V90 which fitted but only just."

"Great for our party of 13 as there was plenty of room for us all and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment ,plates and glasses etc. Some of the rooms and areas look a bit tired and could do with an upgrade (stair carpets, walls painting and floors could be cleaner downstairs) but bathrooms clean and beds comfy. it’s also great to have the farm shop and the pub next door is great - very friendly and helpful and lovely pub meal and service."

"We had 3 lovely nights in The Nook, it was conveniently located close to all amenities. As we had a dog it would have been helpful to know where to take him to do he's business, as the property doesn't have a garden. The kitchen window and door could do with a blind as it would give some privacy, also on the front door window, maybe a little curtain. Could also do with some new towels and bed linen, as they seem a bit worn and dated. These are only minor issues and we would definitely stay...

"Another great stay at the Ensana in Buxton. Always get the best night sleep here as the beds are so comfortable. The Spa is a great touch for guests staying over night. I’d highly recommend visiting the Greek Restaurant “Ithaca” that is a stones throw away from the hotel the food is amazing. "
