Bonavista Light House Deluxe

Located in south Winnipeg with 2 lake views, this exquisite space is perfect for group trips. It's central and convenient. It is a beautiful brand new 3-bedroom home situated in the Bonavista area, close to Sage Creek Mall which houses RBC, TD Bank, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's and other fast food joints. 13 minutes drive to the University of Manitoba, a 20-minute drive to downtown, and a 10-minute drive to st. Vital mall which houses Silvercity cinema and major stores.

This is a tastefully furnished brand-new 3-bedroom house with 2 living rooms. From the private main entrance leading to the foyer, this space was designed with guests' optimum comfort in mind. The main floor opens to the dining area and the main living area which comes with a large 86" LG Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and work-ready. Also on the main floor is the full kitchen equipped with a big 36-inch Samsung fridge, full range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee. A washroom is also conveniently located on the main floor. Guests also have access to the beautiful laid out backyard with a 24 x 20 double layer deck and artificial grass overlooking the lake. The tastefully furnished bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs with a spacious loft furnished with a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a sofa bed for a more relaxed atmosphere. All these will give you the comfort and satisfaction like you are in your own home. The house is located on a drive with one free parking and street parking all year round (except for snow clearing). This suite is also equipped with contactless self-check-in with keycodes and a dedicated doorbell to alert you when needed. It is also sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit in line with COVID protocols. Welcome to the Bonavista Light House Deluxe, your home away from home in Southern Winnipeg.

Guest access:
While in this suite, you will have access to everything within the home. Your privacy is guaranteed due to the separate walkway and entrance. The following are part of the comfort units in the suite:

Room 1 (Ensuite): 1 queen-size bed which can sleep 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12)

Room 2: 1 bunk bed with a double bed down which can sleep 1 adult (or 2 kids below the age of 12) & a twin bed up which can sleep 1 young adult or 1 kid

Room 3: 1 queen-size bed which can sleep 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12)

The sofa bed in the upstairs living room is available for 2 guests. A queen-sized air bed is also available upon request for guests if needed.

Other things to note:
This suite comes with complete home entertainment and fast internet to support your work and relaxation mode. Smart lights are available everywhere to help you create your desired ambiance and enhance brightness in the suite.

A clothes steamer is available on request while the Ironing board and pressing iron are available onsite.

This is a non-pet, and a non-smoking home, smoking of any kind or incense burning is not allowed inside the suite. The penalty for covering smoke alarms or triggering the smoke sensors is $500.

Partying of any kind or excessive noise-making is prohibited in the suite.

Please note the check-in and check-out times for this listing to allow time for cleaning and in preparation for other guests.

Please note that we have a COVID protocol in place. Hand sanitizer is provided at appropriate places while the suite is thoroughly sanitized and deep cleaned after each guest or user.

House Rules:
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood.

No shoes inside the home. Leave shoes neatly by the main entrance door of the suite.

No smoking inside the home & at the front door. Anyone wishing to smoke should walk away from the house. The penalty for smoking inside the suite, covering the smoke alarms, or triggering the smoke sensors is $500. Cigarette butts must be disposed of outside.

Laundry can only be done for free after 5 days of stay. Charges apply if you spend fewer days and the laundry machine is used. A clothes steamer is available on request while the Ironing board and pressing iron are available onsite.

Absolutely NO drug use of any kind including marijuana

No parties or events.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 13 people. Any extra guests must be declared to the host, including children.

Quiet time from 10:00 p.m - 7:00 a.m.

No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals on the dining tables.

Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Make sure to turn off the lights, all appliances and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbour.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable timely manner.

Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

The barbecue grill must be cleaned after use. Uncleaned grill and utensils will attract a charge of $100.

Do not move any furniture, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings

Do not walk with your shoes in the house.

Damaged room locks will be charged a minimum of $100 replacement fee.

Unless prearranged, late check-outs will result in a $50 fee for each 2-hour overstay. Please note the check-in time, and check-out time.

Hosts are not responsible for any mail delivered to the property. Mails delivered after the checkout date will be held for 30 days and disposed of if unclaimed.

Any claimed mail will incur a $50 administration charge

Keep this property in tidy condition.

Any damage to the amenities or this property will attract commensurate replacement or repair costs.

Please do not use the suite, premises or internet for illegal activities or you will be reported to law enforcement.
