"Kitchen door not secure. Bedroom door doesn’t fully clear the bed. Shower hot water not consistent. Could use a better nonstick fry pan eggs stuck badly. May have a can of Pam available. The place was clean and comfortable "

"Enjoyed the spacious living area; however, the house definitely needs care and could be cleaner. If you are not a fan of SPIDERS this house may not be for you! A good sweep down of webs and even exterminator would be beneficial. But I hate spiders!! Ack!!Location is a plus and kitchen is very nice. Washer/dryer on-site and an abundance of towels, also a plus. Perhaps a winter visit but due to spiders inside and out we would not stay spring through fall. Beautiful scenery though!"

"We enjoyed the views of Lake Champlain right from the back deck and the town of Burlington. We had the opportunity to take a cruise on the Spirit of Ethan Allen which we enjoyed very much. We also strolled through the Church street Matketplace and visited Ethan Allen’s Homestead"

"This property was located close to my daughter’s place and very convenient. The beds are comfortable although better quality pillows would be a plus. The bathroom is updated and nice! A ceiling fan in both rooms would help circulate the air especially at night. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood. "
