Beautiful 2BD Apt @ JamesWay in West End Area!

Prime Location! Located less than 0.5 miles from downtown Winston w/ easy access to the Benton Convention Center, Baptist Medical Center and the Bus Terminal! Enjoy walking the neighborhood known as Winston Salem’s Historic West End district. We are also a couple minutes’ drive from UNCSA, Wake Forest University, Salem College, and the art’s district of WS. In addition, WS offers an array of parks and greenways including a small dog park located right beside the apartment.

The home features 2 bedrooms 1 bath with both bedrooms offering Queen beds and their own Roku TVs. The living room boast a nice 70in TV where you could stream all your favorite channels and movies. It also has a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including a fully stocked kitchen, fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, Alexa, Front loading washer/dryers, laundry detergent, and a coffee station. High speed WiFi is available as well.

Great location and friendly hoster
The location of the property was excellent, the communication with the hosted was excellent, the property has some issues that could be improve, such as improving the bathtub, and the bathroom door that closed and could not be opened easily... but in general the place was very quiet and conducive to an escape to enjoy downtown and nearby areas.

FLEAS!!!
Got to the property and found FLEAS!! They send an "exterminator" to take care of them by spraying around the property (of which they tried to tell us they were not fleas! we have PHOTO PROOF of said fleas) and we came back. The fleas were on us IMMEDIATELY. All over our legs and hands. We had to shake out our clothes and we left the rental midway through our stay. Would not recommend this rental at all.

Nice neighborhood location very close to city
I really loved the location of this property. The house had a nice outdoor patio set to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice. Would have liked a wine opener and wine glasses and few more plates and bowls but it was fine for just myself. The sofa and desk chair in the living room could use a nice steam clean , but overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

This house suited our needs perfectly. We were in town for a college graduation and it was very convenient to Wake Forest as well as the down town area for restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room to stretch out instead of being in a cramped hotel room!

Used as transition to locate from MD to NC
My family of 5 used this apartment to transition from MD to NC. Apartment was clean, located short distance to highways, shopping and parks. When needed to contact owner, she was available to respond to questions. Would reccomend to others.
