1970s themed 5th floor condominium with lots of natural light and views. Secure building with key fob entrance and elevator. Historic YMCA Building in the heart of Downtown Winston-Salem Theater District. Steps from 4th Street Restaurants, Hanesbrands Theater and the Stevens Center. All of downtown within walking distance. One master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. Office and half bath. Fully stocked kitchen, all utilities and wifi included. One Bedroom, One and a half Bathrooms. Office with pull out Sleeper Sofa. 70s themed space with excellent 70s vinyl record collection. You will dig it baby! Part of the Camel City Lofts Collection. Be sure to see the Frequent Flyer and Queen Anne's Revenge in same building. Secure key fob building entrance. Winston-Salem Theater District, just off 4th Street entertainment neigborhood. Lots of restraurants, live music and entertainment venues. Short walk to Stevens Center, Hanes Brand theater and Benton Convention Center. One assigned parking space on block away. Lots of on street parking, free on weekends and free between 5 pm and 9 am. All of downtown within walking distance. Part of the Camel City Lofts Collection. Be sure to see the Frequent Flyer and Queen Anne's Revenge in same building.

Perfect hideaway!
I wish I could give.more than 5 stars. This is a true gem in the triad area. Close to everything and very well stocked. If staying in Winston Salem, don't even hesitate... this is the one to rent.

Loved the retro decor and really enjoyed relaxing with some great music. The host was very attentive to any questions we had. Couldn’t be a better location for walking around the downtown area and seeing the best of Winston-Salem 👌😊
